UNC basketball standout Armando Bacot is back on the social media recruiting trail, as he’s trying to lure another top 2023 talent to Chapel Hill.

Has there ever been a collegiate player in the social media era that has recruited top talent as much as Armando Bacot does?

For the UNC basketball program, Bacot’s presence on social media is very beneficial in its recruiting process. Not only does Bacot help his own team, but hasn’t been shy to recruit some talent for other programs at the university as well.

We saw Bacot tweet to G.G. Jackson prior to his commitment to the program earlier this week. Now, the rising senior is trying to recruit another top talent to Chapel Hill.

With the Tar Heels looking to add more talent to their recruiting Class of 2023, Hubert Davis and his staff have shown interest in Matas Buzelis. Recently, North Carolina made an in-home visit to Buzelis and his family in New Hampshire.

Bacot is very invested in the program and wants to help them keep hauling in top recruits. With Jackson and fellow five-star Simeon Wilcher already committed to the UNC basketball program, adding another top talent in Buzelis would easily give the Tar Heels one of the top recruiting classes in the entire country.

The world of social media has drastically impacted college recruiting as a whole, but players like Armando Bacot continue to use the platform in the right way. Needless to say, Bacot is gaining a lot of Twitter recruiting experience during his college basketball career in Chapel Hill.
