North Carolina has been heavily involved in the Juke Harris sweepstakes.
In fact, some might have even considered the Tar Heels the "favorite" to land the star guard with a projected high price tag.
However, things took a rapid turn on Wednesday afternoon when a notable publisher changed his opinion on how things currently stand.
The latest updates point toward Juke Harris heading elsewhere
Explained why I think the vibes are currently trending in Tennessee’s favor with UNC still jockeying. Michigan is still lurking. This one has taken a few turns so could always change.https://t.co/Z4fQYSI9II https://t.co/mftl4OX1Hc

Josh Henschke, the publisher of the Maize & Blue Review on On3, has logged an expert prediction for Harris' recruitment. No, it is not for the Wolverines, but for Rick Banes and the Tennessee Volunteers.
Harris is on an official visit to Tennessee, which makes this prediction less surprising in general. It's possible that Barnes and his staff sold Harris on not only the financial aspects, but also the fit and scheme details that make this move so vital for him heading into his junior season.
After meeting with Michael Malone and the Tar Heels coaching staff, it felt like UNC was in a really good position to keep the in-state product right where he belongs. However, as time passed following the visit, it became more doubtful, ultimately leading him to take his previously scheduled visit to Tennessee.
North Carolina made its pitch, but it is one that apparently Tennessee can surpass.
While the Tar Heels are still in it based on everything that's been revealed, you have to think that their recent interest in other guards indicate that they know something we don't just yet. Matt Able is a perfect example, as the Tar Heels staff are now looking at other options to help fill the roster heading into next season.
Sure, it ain't over until it's over, but as of now, it's not looking very good in UNC's pursuit of former Wake Forest star Juke Harris.
For now, stay tuned and just hope that things take another turn before Harris decides he's ready to commit.
