There are still two games left in the regular season for Hubert Davis and North Carolina, with the postseason around the corner. However, there are going to be a lot of emotional people on Tuesday night in Chapel Hill, as Senior Night will arrive.

With this, veteran guard Seth Trimble is going to be saying goodbye to the UNC faithful, playing his last home game ever in Carolina blue. Trimble signed with this program in 2022, overcoming a ton of adversity to get where he's at today. Following the win on Saturday over Virginia Tech, Trimble opened up on what playing for the Heels has meant to him and how tough Tuesday will be for him:
Had to ask Seth Trimble about his upcoming senior night.

He admitted he might get emotional on Tuesday night ahead of his last game at the Smith Center.

Seth Trimble is already emotional about his UNC Senior Night
"Yeah, I've been thinking about it," Trimble said. "It's just surreal to finally get to this point. Just looking back at my sophomore year, my freshman year, I would have told you I had no idea what it would have been like at this point in my career. Just for me to have this opportunity - for me to be here for four years and for me to have this Senior Night with North Carolina, it's going to be really special. I'm definitely going to get emotional. I'm going to try not to, but we're going to see."
No one will blame Trimble at all if he cries while being honored, as plenty of tears are going to be flying all over the country for his special moment. He's been with the Tar Heels through some tough times, but he's done a remarkable job in representing the university in a great way.
Oh, and he's been a pretty strong player too. We've brought it up several times in other articles, but his game-winning 3-pointer against Duke is never going to be forgotten. In a moment where North Carolina and Davis needed him to step up, the senior delivered.
Come Tuesday night, Trimble is going to look to dazzle once again, and then he'll shift his focus to Duke, the ACC Tournament and the NCAA Tournament. Before that, though, he'll get a standing ovation at the Smith Center against Clemson and it's something he'll fully deserve.
