Thus far at the NBA Draft Combine, North Carolina superstar Caleb Wilson is doing his best to make sure scouts are left favorably impressed. He's succeeding, as the playmaker has been putting on a show and he's reminding everyone why he's virtually a lock to be a Top 5 pick once draft night gets here.

No one can question Wilson's ability. And at the same time, it's easy to be won over by his bubbling personality. Wilson showcased that in a big way, as he opened up on what he plans to bring to his next team once he officially makes the jump to the pros. His answer was one that people in Chapel Hill will be quick to agree with:

“I will change your franchise, your culture, your program, your city. I did that at North Carolina.” pic.twitter.com/euEFcN0nMo
"I'm going to change their franchise," Wilson said with conviction while speaking live on ESPN. "I'm going to change the culture of their program and I'm going to change the city, honestly. I'm a culture-changer. I did the same thing at North Carolina. We had a rough year the year before, but I was able to play, change the culture and I made the city live again. So, whatever franchise chooses to draft me knows they're going to get a winner, knows they're going to get a leader and knows they're going to get a culture-changer."
Tell us how you really feel, Caleb.
It's pretty easy to agree with what Wilson had to say there. Before he made his arrival to campus, it felt like there was a little bit of swagger missing with the Tar Heels. That all changed once the 5-star freshman made his debut, as he no question lived up to the hype during his historic freshman campaign.
Caleb Wilson knows he can completely change a culture for an NBA team
The negative with Wilson of course was that he suffered two injuries, including a season-ending broken thumb that required surgery. Because of that, we weren't able to see him suit up against Duke to close out the regular season, plus the NCAA Tournament.
Carolina obviously missed not having Wilson out there for the Big Dance, as a first-round loss to VCU was posted. Had Wilson been healthy, who knows how far this team could have gone. Alas, that's a thing of the past and the 6-10 stud is focused on hearing his name called early in the draft. Might he be able to sneak into the Top 3?
That's on the table, as there's been some buzz that maybe the Utah Jazz could take a chance on him with the No. 2 overall pick. Some dominoes would have to fall for that to happen, but if Wilson keeps impressing at the draft and if he nails some interviews, it's only going to help his case in getting taken off the board sooner than expected.
A lot of mock drafts have him going No. 4 to the Chicago Bulls and there's no question that he could instill some energy into the historic franchise. The comparisons to Michael Jordan will certainly come in too, as we all know what MJ was able to get done after hooping for UNC and then going to the Bulls - six rings in case you needed that reminder.
With Wilson's confidence too, he has all the tools to be an elite talent at the next level. He's talking the talk right now and he's backing things up with drills at the Combine. No one will regret drafting him. If anything, some teams at the top might end up regressing passing on the UNC fan favorite.
