Caleb Wilson's 2-word message after UNC stunned Virginia was just awesome

It's hard to put into words how much Caleb Wilson has meant already to UNC basketball. Yes, he may be a freshman, but he has stepped up as a veteran leader for this team and he played a massive role in the Tar Heels stunning Virginia over the weekend.

UNC basketball leaps back into the Top 20 after comeback win at Virginia

Wilson once again was downright electric with the ball in his hands and fans were loving every minute of him putting on a show. He wasn't done making people smile after the final whistle, though. As it turns out, UNC took down UVA on the one-year anniversary of Wilson's commitment. His response to 365 days as a Heel? Well, it was just awesome:

Wilson had every powerhouse in the country hoping to sign him, as he was obviously a 5-star recruit coming out of high school. Hubert Davis and his staff were able to work their magic and land Wilson over countless other schools.

Thus far, just about everything has been going to plan for Wilson now that he's in Chapel Hill. On the season, the youngster is averaging 19.9 points and 10.1 rebounds per game - he's also shooting 58.8 percent from the floor, which has been great to see.

Behind Wilson's great play, the Heels are 16-4 on the season and ranked the No. 16 team in the country. Prior to Saturday's win over the Cavaliers, North Carolina had lost three of its last four games and people were getting ready to hit the panic button.

However, UNC used a spirited comeback to take down Virginia in thrilling fashion. In that win, Wilson scored 20 points in 35 minutes of action. Next up is a weekend tilt with Georgia Tech and he's going to be ready to ball out once again. Wilson will be doing so thankful that he's in Carolina blue, no doubt about that.
