UNC Women's Basketball gets a special visit following their victory over Miami

The UNC women's basketball program was already excited following a victory over Miami on Sunday afternoon.

Little did they know, their day was about to become even more exciting shortly following the victory.

While the Tar Heels waited in the locker room for the coaches to arrive, a rather special guest made an appearance, absolutely shocking the team.

That person- noneother than two-time WNBA champion and three-time WNBA MVP A'ja Wilson!

We can sit here for hours talking about all of Wilson's accomplishments, both at the college and professional level. When her playing days are over, it's clear that she'll go down as one of the best to ever take the court.

This group secured the UNC women's basketball program's first victory in Coral Gables since 2015, and while the victory is one that makes the trip back to Chapel Hill satisfying enough, getting the opportunity to meet one of the sport's greatest athletes makes the trip even more memorable!
