Nothing to see here, just North Carolina basketball star Seth Trimble having a little fun after workouts and putting on a show.

In the clip below, you'll be able to see that Trimble lobs the ball to the paint and catches it with a between-the-legs windmill dunk. It's the sort of move that would probably get him a 48 or higher in the NBA Slam-Dunk contest during All-Star weekend.

Fans have been impressed and teased by Trimble's athletic prowess and upside for a couple of years now and by the response, it's going to take more than a flashy dunk to convince Tar Heel nation that Trimble is ready to step up and lead the Heels on a deep run.

One can't blame Trimble for having a little fun on the court because it's been quite the tumultuous time for the rising senior off the court. Last year he entered the transfer portal and flirted with leaving before deciding to return. That move turned out to be the best thing for Trimble, as he doubled his point total (11.3 ppg) and rebounding (4.9 rpg) while still providing some of the best defense on the squad.

There are areas Seth Trimble needs to improve in the upcoming season

Trimble took a major step back as a shooter, especially from the outside. After shooting 42 percent on 3-pointers in a small sample size as a sophomore, Trimble decided to be active on the perimeter and shot a hair over 27 percent (28-of-103) from the arc last campaign. As a result, his overall field-goal percentage suffered from 47 percent as a sophomore to 40.2 percent as a junior.

Better shot selection from Trimble will likely yield better results. Hopefully his struggles with outside shooting last season doesn't impact his confidence to the point of where he begins passing on open looks. Teams are going to challenge him early in the season to prove he can knock down those shots.

The expectations for Seth Trimble (and UNC) will be high in 2025-26

Trimble is the only returning player from last season that played any significant minutes and he'll be a major part of a Tar Heels team that struck gold in the transfer portal.

Two of biggest additions, literally and figuratively, are Henri Veesaar, a 7-footer from Arizona that averaged 9.4 points and five rebounds in 37 games with the Wildcats last season and big man Jarin Stevenson from Alabama. The Chapel Hill native averaged 5.3 points and 3.0 rebounds per game in two seasons with the Crimson Tide.

They're not the only ones, as there's also plenty of attention going to Luka Bogavac, the wing help that is joining the program that Hubert Davis desperately needed. Can't forget about incoming freshman Caleb Wilson too. All in all, there's a lot of pressure on UNC to deliver and plenty of eyes will be on Trimble as a veteran leader as well.
