You know, it's bad enough that UNC lost in the opening round of the NCAA Tournament to VCU, blowing a 19-point lead to get sent home much earlier than anticipated.
It's even worse that we're the major story in the college basketball world, and not for the best reason either. The rumors of Hubert Davis' firing/dismissal as the head coach of the Tar Heels is picking up steam rapidly, as it's expected that a change is brewing.
ESPN's bombshell Hubert Davis report hints his days at UNC are numbered
While UNC has much bigger fish to fry now that the offseason is underway, they are still catching troll jobs from other programs.
Normally, it's Duke fans doing the honors, but this time... the team who last beat the Tar Heels is getting the job done.
To make it worse- the trolling isn't coming from the players or coaches...
VCU's band trolling the Tar Heels
Yes, you read that right.
While trailing to Illinois early in the first half on Saturday night, the CBS Sports camera crew caught a glimpse of the VCU band performing.
To everyone's surprise, VCU's band director is seen doing his job, but is not wearing VCU gear...
"That's a little bit of a troll job"

Yes, that is a Michael Jordan UNC jersey.
Catching Strays
No matter what, UNC is out here always catching strays!
Sure, the band director is having some fun following VCU's comeback win over the Tar Heels. Honestly, you can't blame him for trolling North Carolina, as he's enjoying the success his school had against one of the most historic programs in all of college basketball.
However, it's another sign of rock bottom for North Carolina, as we're now getting trolled by band members (no offense, we think bands do a tremendous job at what they do).
As Luke Combs says, "when it rains, it pours," as UNC went from being a program who annually made deep NCAA Tournament runs to one that is a laughing stock not even through the first weekend of March Madness.
Please, make it stop...
