UNC Basketball projected starting lineup for the 2024-2025 season (Post Preseason)
As we're now very close to opening tip-off, here's how the UNC basketball program's starting unit projects.

This is the biggest difference from our original lineup, as I previously had Ian Jackson tabbed as the starter in this spot.
However, the preseason showed that Seth Trimble isn't going to be the Tar Heels' sixth man: he's going to be a starter and play a significant amount of minutes.
Of all the members of the UNC basketball program, you can make the case that Trimble has been the best player on the floor. From what we've seen in the preseason, don't be surprised if Trimble is one of the team's top scorers, a statement most wouldn't believe if we said it a year ago.
Credit to Trimble: the dude put in the work and is now ready for a breakout junior season for the Tar Heels.
