Not many programs can say that they've received strong endorsement from the "G.O.A.T" of the sport of football.

Football fans are well-aware of the dynasty that Tom Brady and Bill Belichick led during their tenure with the New England Patriots, a run that resulted in six Super Bowl championships. Now, Brady is retired, and Belichick is set to begin a new coaching career at the college level, a new journey that the legendary head coach is ready to embark on.

Brady was asked about his former head coach taking over at North Carolina. Like all of us, Brady is interested to see how it plays out, but provided a strong endorsement that should undoubtedly help recruiting efforts in the future.

Here's a full breakdown of what Brady had to say about his former head coach.

"What they're going to get is the most prepared, the most hard working coach I've ever been around. If you go to that school (North Carolina), you will be prepared to play at the next level. He is going to teach you the right fundamentals, the right techniques. He is going to have high expectations for you, and you're going to develop a lot. That's what I know."

Not many players (if any) would know more about Bill Belichick than Brady. A former seventh-round draft pick, Brady emerged as a star, serving as the focal point of a Patriots' dynasty that not many franchises can ever come close to even matching.

Even to this day, Brady holds Belichick in high regard, understanding the impact he had on him and his pro football career. His endorsement should truly excite UNC football fans, as the comments Brady made should be posted all over where top-tier recruits can see.

Let's face it: who wouldn't want to play for a legendary NFL head coach who knows what it takes to succeed at the level that these student-athletes hope to play at during their respective athletic careers.
