Does Rashad McCants ever stop running his mouth?
McCants recently spoke about the UNC basketball program, referring to head coach Roy Williams as "The Warden" while making it seem like he was serving a jail sentence during his time at the University of North Carolina.
While we're all curious as to why some individuals feel the need to give this dude a platform to spew this nonsense, we're glad to see that two former UNC basketball players have decided to have their voices heard about the situation.
On the latest episode of Tidal League's "To The Baha," hosts and former Tar Heels, Theo Pinson and Raymond Felton, voiced their displeasure for McCants' antics. If you haven't been on social media (especially X), it's worth noting that McCants and Pinson were tweeting at each other about this situation. You can view the interaction thread by clicking on the post below.
You are a clown @SoundbiteKing

Now, we encourage you to watch the entire part of the show where they discuss this situation (and, of course, we provide the YouTube link below), but we also want to make note of the main things said by both Pinson and Felton.
Pinson opened up by bringing up a fact that McCants actually went to the University of North Carolina "this past year" to mend his relationship. Based on Pinson's statement, McCants was unaware that Roy Williams wasn't coaching anymore!
Does this dude live under a rock?!
Anyways, here's what Pinson had to say regarding the matter:
"Well, did you show up to Carolina and try to mend your relationship this past year?
Wait a minute. Oh, he didn't say that on the pod, and you was looking for Coach Williams. Newsflash, dumba**. He don't coach there no more!
First of all, you are delusional. I think the crown is cutting off your circulation to your brain. You have killed all your f**king relationships you have. You take no accountability.
Who the f*** do you think you are? "
Felton, who was teammates with McCants at North Carolina, was evidently pissed off at what McCants had to say. It seems like a lot of the nonsense from the past was left unaddressed, but now it's gotten to the point where Felton is simply fed up by all of it:
"I'm gonna take my glasses off this one. I wasn't even gonna say nothing about this clown a**. Oh, I played 14 years. But you the one that fu**** your career up. I tried to be cool for a long time. I never said nothing about you when you did that bulls*** on ESPN.
You think you doing something but you really looking like a fool and all this. You're talking on Twitter with Theo talking about seeing somebody, seeing all that. N****, come see me."
At this point, it's safe to say that we all wish that Rashad McCants would stop spewing nonsense about the UNC basketball program. While most of the former players haven't spoken out, Pinson and Felton likely share the feeling that many other former Tar Heels have regarding McCants' actions.
Maybe it's time that Rashad McCants realizes that HE is the problem, not the University of North Carolina.
