We already knew that the UNC basketball program would be competing in the 2025 Fort Myers Tip-Off during Thanksgiving week.

While one opponent was already revealed, the other was announced by the program on Wednesday morning.

The stage is set for North Carolina in this competitive event, as they'll take on St. Bonaventure and Michigan State over the three-day event, held at the Suncoast Credit Union Arena on the campus of Florida SouthWestern State College in Fort Myers.

On November 25, the Tar Heels will open up the Fort Myers Tip-Off against St. Bonaventure, making just the second time ever that the two programs have squared off on the hardwood. That original meeting came during the 1968 NCAA Tournament, a game in which the Tar Heels rode to a 91-72 victory.

North Carolina and Michigan State are much more familiar with each other, as they'll meet for the third consecutive season. The UNC basketball program has a 7-4 all-time record against the Spartans, but have lost two of the last three meetings, including a 94-91 overtime loss last season in the Maui Invitational consolation game.

With these games being set, we now officially know 10 of the UNC basketball program's 11 non-conference opponents. Here's how the current non-conference slate is set up:

North Carolina has some challenges ahead during non-conference action, but the good news is that the majority of those games will be played at the Dean Smith Center. Pending the ACC/SEC Challenge pairings (with the assumption that North Carolina will be on the road for this game), seven of the 11 scheduled games will be held in Chapel Hill, with one true road game expected before conference play fully gets underway.
