The transfer portal continues to heat up, as a very intriguing big man has officially became available.
If they haven't already, North Carolina NEEDS to hurry up and get in contact with this guy!

The big from Estonia has legit NBA upside and put together a very impactful sophomore season
Moves very well, explosive, great shot blocker and a very underrated passer

Henri Veesar, a 7-footer from Tallin, Estonia who spent his first two collegiate seasons at Arizona, is now exploring his options via the transfer portal. While he'll have plenty of suitors given his size and skill set, the UNC basketball program should make every effort to bring the rising junior to Chapel Hill.
Although he only started five games this past season, Veesaar's production took a massive leap during his sophomore season. He averaged 9.4 points and 5.0 rebounds per game, showcasing his versatility by adding an additional 1.3 assists and 1.1 blocks per contest.
Don't let his size fool you: Veesaar can shoot the basketball. He can stretch the floor a bit, coming off a season in which he knocked down 16 of his 49 attempts from three-point range, and has proven to be an effective player in the pick-and-roll game.
Seems to me like this could be the perfect fit!
Veesaar is probably looking for a bigger role, likely as a starter. North Carolina could offer him a chance to earn that, as he and Ven-Allen Lubin would make a strong duo to help bolster the Tar Heels' front court depth.
North Carolina needs size and athleticism, two things that Veesaar can bring to the table. While there will be quite a few big man options available via tha transfer portal, Veesaar seems to make a lot of sense, as it will be interesting to see if the UNC basketball program is heavily involved in this particular recruitment.
On the surface, Veesaar seems to be a very strong fit for what North Carolina is looking for. Could he be part of the solution toward adding some size to next year's roster?
It would be foolish not to at least explore the opportunity.
