EVERYBODY STAY CALM! THE ACC SCHEDULE FOR THE UNC BASKETBALL PROGRAM FOR THE UPCOMING 2025-2026 SEASON IS OFFICIALLY HERE!

After learning about the Tar Heels' non-conference slate, we now have the full schedule in the palm of our hands.

Road trips to all three of the Atlantic Coast Conference's newest members, home-and-away matchups against Duke and Syracuse, along with some big-time Monday games, are the highlights for this season's conference slate.

Once again playing an 18-game conference slate, the framework for the schedule has been revealed. Other details, such as tip-off times and television streaming options, will be released in the coming weeks.

With this format, each team will not compete against one ACC team. This year, the UNC basketball program will not meet up with Boston College, as the only chance the two will get to play against each other would be in the ACC or NCAA Tournaments.

First and foremost, the Tar Heels will open up conference play against Florida State at the Dean Smith Center. That game will be held on either December 30 or December 31.

In regard to home games, North Carolina will host the following teams: Florida State, Wake Forest , Notre Dame, Syracuse, Duke, Pittsburgh, Louisville, Virginia Tech and Clemson.

In terms of road contests, the Tar Heels will travel to: SMU, Stanford, California, Virginia, Georgia Tech, Miami, NC State, Syracuse.

Of course, you're all probably curious: when are the two Duke matchups?!

The first will be held on February 7 at the Smith Center, while the rematch, once again occurring on the final day of the regular season, will be a month later on March 7 in Durham.
