The UNC women's basketball program claimed the 2024 Battle 4 Atlantis title on Monday, defeating Indiana in blowout fashion in The Bahamas.

In what is arguably the Tar Heels best overall performance thus far this season, one player stood out in a major way. If you watched the championship bout, you probably won't be surprised who is our annual "Tar Heel of the Game."

Trayanna Crisp

Crisp made her presence felt early in this game, as she got red-hot offensively in the second quarter.

The transfer guard knocked down four three-pointers in the first half alone, helping the UNC women's basketball program earn a lead that they wouldn't relish.

Overall, Crisp finished with 15 points, all of which came from beyond the arc. She also added three rebounds and three assists in just 19 minutes of action.

The UNC women's basketball program had its best shooting performance of the season, knocking down 11 three-pointers. Crisp played a large role in that success, as her ability to knock down shots was a huge factor in this game, putting the pressure on Indiana as Crisp and the Tar Heels consistently scored from all areas of the floor.

Not only is Crisp our "Tar Heel of the Game," but she also earned All-Tournament honors for the Battle 4 Atlantis. Needless to say: Crisp very much deserves both honors!
