So much for getting an inside look at college football's biggest circus

The hype train surrounding Bill Belichick's arrival in Chapel Hill has officially gone off the tracks.

In the latest news involving college football's biggest circus, North Carolina's season-long documentary, which was set to be created by Hulu, is no longer happening.

Considering how the early tenure of the Belichick era has gone, this news is undoubtedly for the best. The program is in shambles as it is: there's no need to draw even more unneeded attention to this nightmare that fans of the program are being torched with.

Let's face it: the documentary would probably have focused on Belichick and his relationship with Jordon Hudson more than it would've on the actual UNC football program. At this rate, the majority of Tar Heel fans are sick of both individuals who are making the program look like a massive joke.

Please don't be sad that it ended: be thankful that they didn't go through with it to add more scrutiny to the UNC football program's already damaged reputation.

Instead of wasting the footage already captured, maybe Hulu can spin it around to make a horror film detailing how an old, bitter man has single-handedly destroyed an entire college athletics program.
