The recruiting trail for the Class of 2025 is starting to heat up, as a top-20 ranked player has announced the five finalists in her recruitment.

Jordan Speiser, the No. 20 ranked player in the nation according to HoopGurlz, is a five-star guard from Warrenton, Missouri. She's had plenty of suitors in her recruitment but is now focused on the following schools.

Courtney Banghart and the UNC women's basketball program have made the list of finalists, as first reported by Talia Goodman of On3. They are joined by Iowa, Kansas State, Ohio State and TCU among the teams still in the mix.

At this point in her recruitment, Speiser has taken official visits to Kansas State and TCU but plans to visit her other three finalists in the fall. This means that Speiser will visit Chapel Hill before her recruitment comes to a close.

Speiser put together a tremendous junior season as she was named Missouri's Gatorade Player of the Year. She averaged 22.9 points, 9.6 rebounds, 2.6 assists, and 1.8 steals for Lutheran of St. Charles County High School, leading her school to the state championship contest.

The Tar Heels have been very active in regard to recruiting the Class of 2025, as Banghart and her staff hope that their recruiting success continues with this class. Since arriving in Chapel Hill, Banghart has done a tremendous job on the recruiting trail, as the Tar Heels have been able to attract some of the top available talents in the country.
