Are you ready for some college football?!

Mack Brown and the UNC football program kick-off fall camp on Monday night, as the countdown is officially on for the program's season opener against Minnesota.

Coming off an 8-5 season, the Tar Heels look to improve heading into the new season. Winning games late in the season has been an issue for the UNC football program as they hope to get hot early and carry it through the entire 2024 season.

The expectations remain the same, but the personnel will look a bit different. The UNC football program will return approximately a dozen starters, as guys like DeAndre Boykin, who missed the entire 2023 season due to injury, along with some notable transfer additions, should help bolster this year's roster.

Overall, the Tar Heels will practice 24 times over the next month as they prepare for the upcoming season. There are plenty of things to figure out over the next few weeks, as the Tar Heels have various positional battles ongoing, most notably at the quarterback position.

It's weird to call it "fall camp," given it takes part during the dog days of summer. However, the boys in Carolina Blue are officially back, as this is another step closer to the beginning of another college football season.

We just have one question to ask: are you ready for some UNC football?!
