UNC Basketball: Significant changes impact entire ACC men's basketball rankings
Another week of major changes in the ACC men's basketball rankings. Is this the week we have a new team holding down the top spot?

North Carolina still holds the top spot in the conference standings by a game, but how can you justify not putting Virginia ahead of them at this point in time?
The Cavaliers have won eight straight and are playing their brand of basketball: slow paced offense and simply annoying defense.
Until someone stops the winning streak, it's hard to argue that Virginia isn't the best team in the conference at this point.
Of course, with games against North Carolina and Duke upcoming, this could all change, but for now, Virginia jumps the Tar Heels for our No. 1 spot in this week's rankings.
