For the second consecutive week, there are some massive changes to our weekly ACC men's basketball rankings. Is the UNC basketball program still on top?

Boston College had a good week, defeating both Notre Dame and Syracuse.
This team is still a streaky one, as it's hard to buy-in to them as starting to fully get into a groove. The Eagles can change that narrative this week if they can pick up wins vs. Florida State and at Duke on Saturday afternoon in Durham.
The Eagles moved up in this week's rankings, but the jury is still out on this crew.
