UNC Basketball: Massive changes once again headline ACC men's basketball rankings
For the second consecutive week, there are some massive changes to our weekly ACC men's basketball rankings. Is the UNC basketball program still on top?

After a big win over North Carolina earlier in the week, the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets had the chance to complete a in-state sweep by taking care of NC State on Saturday.
However, the Yellow Jackets had to settle for one win this week.
They move up one spot in our rankings, but could've been more had they finished the week unbeaten. Nonetheless, the win over the Tar Heels was notable, considering they are the only ACC team to knock them off so far this season.
