UNC Basketball: Massive changes once again headline ACC men's basketball rankings
For the second consecutive week, there are some massive changes to our weekly ACC men's basketball rankings. Is the UNC basketball program still on top?

It was difficult to drop Duke after a loss to North Carolina, but with the way Virginia has been playing, they deserve to be ranked ahead of the Blue Devils, at least for this week.
Duke's game plan was to let anyone not named RJ Davis beat them on Saturday night. Unfortunately, Davis still scored 17 points and the duo of Armando Bacot and Harrison Ingram led the Tar Heels to 92 points and a win on their home floor.
We don't expect Duke to stay in the No. 3 spot. In fact, with a very favorable schedule coming up, it wouldn't be a surprise to see them move up again in the near future.
