Hubert Davis and the UNC basketball coaching staff were rather busy on Friday, as they were in attendance for the Adidas 3SSB event in Rock Hill, South Carolina.

Davis and his staff watched quite a few recruiting targets, primarily from the Class of 2025, and spent time checking out the Indiana Elite squad compete.

Why? Well, there's two very notable Class of 2025 standouts that the Tar Heels seem to be prioritizing on the recruiting cycle.

Four-star prospects Braylon Mullins and Malachi Moreno are a force to be reckoned with, as both put up monster performances in front of the Tar Heels coaching staff.

Mullins absolutely went off, as he showcased his elite ability to score the basketball. The 6-foot-5 guard finished with 22 points, connecting on six of his 11 attempts from three-point land.

Moreno nearly put up a double-double performance, finishing the game with 20 points and 9 rebounds. He was also a defensive force around the rim, as he recorded an impressive five blocks.

Both players are earning plenty of attention from top-tier programs across the country (and rightly so), as they both have the makings to be very good college basketball players. They each possess different skillsets but can impact the game in a variety of ways, as it shouldn't be surprising to see them both among the high-rising prospects in this very talented recruiting class.

The UNC basketball program would love to have this duo join forces once again in Chapel Hill. Landing one (or both) of these four-star talents would be huge as the Tar Heels look to put together their 2025 recruiting class. Given the way they gel on the court in AAU competition, maybe they will find a college destination where they can continue building on that connection.

We may be a bit biased, but Chapel Hill would be a great spot for that to happen.
