It's no secret that Harrison Ingram was a tremendous transfer addition for the UNC basketball program.

The junior forward showcased his scoring ability early on in the season, scoring in double-figures in each of his first 12 games as a Tar Heel.

However, a wrist injury has impacted him offensively, but that hasn't stopped Ingram from making a HUGE impact on this UNC basketball team.

Over the last three games, Ingram has put an emphasis on rebounding the basketball, as he's posted two games over the three-game span in which he's set a new career-high for rebounds. It first started with a 15-rebound effort against Pittsburgh, but that career-high wouldn't last too long.

His latest effort was one that puts him in the record books in regard to the history between the UNC basketball program and NC State.

Ingram hauled in 19 boards against the Wolfpack, putting him in sole possession for the most rebounds in a single game against the Wolfpack. He surpassed the legendary Billy Cunningham as well as his current teammate Armando Bacot who both recorded 18 rebounds against NC State during their respective Tar Heel careers.

During his time at Stanford, Ingram had six games where he posted 10 or more rebounds. In 15 games as a Tar Heel, Ingram has already done that on four different occasions.

While talking about Ingram in his postgame conference, Hubert Davis defined Harrison Ingram perfectly:

Ingram is the type of player who can impact the game in a variety of ways, as he's proven that he's willing to anything that this team needs him to do in order to win games.
