UNC Basketball: Big changes to this week's ACC men's basketball rankings
Heading into the new week of action (January 29), our weekly ACC men's basketball rankings look a bit different than they did a week ago.
5-4 in ACC Play. . . 9. . 2272. NC State. . . 13-7 Record
Speaking of teams that have dropped in the rankings, NC State fell four spots this week to No. 9 in our weekly ACC men's college basketball rankings.
The Wolfpack lost both games this week on the road. After losing at Virginia, NC State went to Syracuse and let the Orange take control of the game, which now puts them at 5-4 in conference play.
Things haven't been going well for NC State of late, as it's going to be very difficult for them to make a NCAA Tournament push if they don't turn things around quickly.
