UNC Basketball: Big changes to this week's ACC men's basketball rankings
Heading into the new week of action (January 29), our weekly ACC men's basketball rankings look a bit different than they did a week ago.
Wake. . 5-4 in ACC Play. . . . 448. . 13-6 Record. 5
Following a blowout victory over Louisville, Wake Forest seemed to be in a very good spot against North Carolina heading into the half.
Up by one, the Demon Deacons were building momentum against one of the top teams in the country. However, the final 20 minutes of play were totally different, as the Tar Heels heated up en route to a 21-point victory over Wake Forest.
The Demon Deacons are a good basketball team, but in order to be considered among the top teams in the conference, they have to win some games against the teams ahead of them in the standings.
