UNC Basketball: ACC Men's Basketball rankings for the week of January 8
The Keeping It Heel team is providing our weekly ACC rankings for men's college basketball. Where does the UNC basketball program currently stand?
447. 9-5 Record. . 1-2 in ACC Play. . . Virginia Tech. . . 12
Before I feel comfortable moving the Hokies up the rankings, I want to see how they fare this week.
Virginia Tech will host both Clemson and Miami this week. After being blown out by Wake Forest, the Hokies can really make a statement if they can win one (or both) of these games.
Even if they aren't able to win both games, keeping the games close will also be important. The Hokies can really help their stock in the rankings if they can prove they can hang with the best the ACC has to offer.
