Fans of the UNC basketball program have witnessed first-hand the tremendous improvement shown by Seth Trimble throughout the early part of his sophomore season.

Trimble has embraced his role on this team, as he's a guy Hubert Davis relies on not only to be a lockdown defender, but to provide energy on the floor with his elite athleticism. He has also improved as a scorer, as he's been knocking down some big shots for the Tar Heels in some very big moments.

As the season goes on, don't be surprised if Trimble's role increases within Davis' regular rotation, as he's a guy who Tar Heels fans should expect to see a lot of.

Whether it's saving a loose ball from going out of bounds or even just attacking the rim with no fear, Trimble has provided a spark off the bench for this team. If he continues to play at this level, it wouldn't be a stretch to say his role could increase even more as the season progresses.
