We're still a few months away from the college football season, but hey, it's never too early to look ahead to the UNC football program's schedule!

The UNC football program released this video to go along with the Atlantic Coast Conference's announcement of the 2024 schedules, as it breaks down who the Tar Heels will compete against this season.

Here's a look at how the schedule plays out:

August 29: at Minnesota (Thursday)
September 7: Charlotte
September 14: N.C. Central
September 21: James Madison
September 28: at Duke
October 5: Pittsburgh
October 12: Georgia Tech
October 19: OPEN
October 26: at Virginia
November 2: at Florida State
November 9: OPEN
November 16: Wake Forest
November 23: at Boston College
November 30: NC State

The Tar Heels will begin the 2024 season on the road as they take on Minnesota. The home opener for the UNC football program is scheduled for September 7 against Charlotte.

After playing four non-conference games to kick off the season, Mack Brown's team will open up ACC against the Duke Blue Devils, a team that will look a lot different than a season ago. That rivalry game will be followed by two home conference games against Pittsburgh and Georgia Tech, as the Tar Heels will have a week off before back-to-back road games against Virginia and Florida State.

Once again, the Tar Heels will close out the regular season against NC State, as this time, the game will be played at home.

The UNC football program will look to get back on track after a disappointing end to the 2023 season, as Mack Brown and company hope that they can turn things around in 2024.
