Yes, we know we mentioned earlier how the Tar Heels want to add a wing within this recruiting class. However, Braylon Mullins is a guy that could play a similar role that we saw Cormac Ryan play during his lone season in Chapel Hill.
An elite scorer, Mullins can score from all three levels, which fits very nicely with the recruiting class we are trying to build. Sure, you'd love to get a true wing/stretch four here, but Mullins' versatility and skillset make him a very nice addition to the potential Class of 2025 haul of student-athletes.
Hubert Davis made a reputation for himself as an elite shooter, and looks to build his future UNC basketball rosters with shooters. Not many players have the scoring reputation that Mullins has, as his ability to knock down shots (especially from deep), is a major reason why we think he would be a great fit at North Carolina.
