Putting together a potential 2025 recruiting class for the UNC basketball program

With plenty of roster space to work with, what would be the ideal 2025 recruiting class for Hubert Davis and the Tar Heels?

While I'm a big fan of Acaden Lewis' game, I don't think the Tar Heels would be able to land both Johnson and Lewis (although, I would be very pleased if they did!).

Given that we have Johnson coming to Chapel Hill, we decided to pair him with four-star guard Derek Dixon among this recruiting class.

Dixon is more of a shooting guard, as he comes in at 6-foot-4, 195-pounds. Not only is he considered a very good scorer, but has improved his ability to serve as a lead guard, a trait that could be valuable once he arrives in Chapel Hill.

As we know, the Tar Heels love to get out and run, as having two guards on the floor who could initiate offense at any time is very valuable to have. He might not rank as highly as some other guards the UNC basketball program is pursuing, but don't let his ranking fool you: this kid is a flat-out baller.
