AB. A. . . Armando Bacot

It's weird to say it still: Armando Bacot's time with the UNC basketball program has come to an end.

Bacot put together a historic five-year career at North Carolina, as we all benefitted from watching the Richmond, Virginia native dominate the post over that span of time. His name will be etched in the UNC basketball program record books for many years to come, as he built a legacy that puts him among the greatest to ever wear the Carolina Blue.

We can talk about his records and accolades for days, but the main thing to say about Bacot is that he played the game the right way and was a fine representation of the University of North Carolina as a whole.

There's no question that his No. 5 should find its way up into the rafters of the Dean Smith Center at some point in the future.
