The UNC football program got the job done on the road as they defeated the No. 2 ranked Florida Seminoles in a nationally televised contest.
For the second consecutive week, the Tar Heels defense held their opponent to less than 20 points, as Florida State managed just 27 yards on the ground. Both teams struggled on third down situations but the Tar Heels were slightly better, as some timely third down conversions helped them complete the upset.
North Carolina's defense picked off Florida State quarterback DJ Uiagalelei three times, as Alijah Huzzie's interception with just under two minutes remaining in the game proved to be the dagger.
