The UNC football program found a way to pull away on Saturday evening as they defeated non-conference foe NC Central.

When Jacolby Criswell transferred back to North Carolina, the veteran quarterback wasn't looking to sit the bench.
His opportunity came against NC Central, one that he made the most of. Criswell completed 14 of 23 passes for 161 yards and a touchdown, as he looked much more comfortable in the pocket than fellow quarterback Conner Harrell.
Criswell might have earned himself more opportunities to see the field, and could push for the full-time starter role if he continues to progress.
