The UNC football program took care of business as they defeated Charlotte in their home opener on Saturday afternoon.

Jahvaree Ritzie has been playing like a man on the mission early on this season!
After a three-sack performance in the season opener, Ritzie recorded two more in the home opener, as he now has five sacks through just two games. Coming into the season, Ritzie had just 2.5 sacks... total!
With Kaimon Rucker out a few weeks due to injury, the UNC football program would love to see Ritzie continue to make life difficult for opposing quarterbacks. At this pace, it is possible that a 10+ sack season could be on the way for the Tar Heels defensive lineman, but of course, let's not get too ahead of ourselves just yet!
