Cormac Ryan only has one season to have the full UNC basketball experience.

On Saturday night, Ryan got to witness one of the best parts of being a Tar Heel, both on and off the court.

The UNC basketball program, ranked No. 3 in the polls, took down rival and No. 7-ranked Duke at the Dean Smith Center. For North Carolina players, beating Duke is something that all Tar Heels want to experience, as taking home a victory and being a part of the history of this rivalry is something that will never be forgotten.

Once the game was over, Ryan, along with a few of his UNC basketball teammates, made their way to Franklin Street to celebrate with Tar Heel faithful.

Based on video footage that surfaced on social media, Ryan appeared to have a great time with his fellow peers.

For a player who is in the final year of his college career, you can sense that Ryan is looking to embrace the moment. While he does that, he's having the time of his life, as being able to celebrate the big win and see the excitement from the UNC basketball fan base will be a memory that will last a lifetime.

After a win like that, the players deserve all the love that the UNC basketball fan base has for them. Rushing Franklin Street is a tradition that you simply have to experience, whether you're a player on the team or simply a die-hard fan that loves the Tar Heels.
