Another week down, another 12-team College Football Playoff ranking to predict!

We almost saw some upsets this week, but you know the old saying, "almost only counts in horseshoes and hand grenades." None of the teams that we featured in last week's predictions loss this past weekend, but the top dog, the Georgia Bulldogs, came close to suffering a loss to Kentucky.

So, how does this week's College Football Playoff rankings shape out? Was the close win enough to have Texas, who handled UTSA easily (can you believe their backup quarterback is better than their starter?!), or does the top of the rankings stay the same?

Look below to find out!

A one-point win over Kentucky is rather concerning (especially given that Georgia only scored 13 points), but I'm not ready to give up on the Bulldogs just yet. Honestly, Georgia likely doesn't move out of the top four for me unless they lose, but I still do think they are a tier above the rest and will prove it moving forward.

We had some minor movements among the middle of the pack, as the Tennessee Volunteers jumped the Alabama Crimson Tide in this week's rankings. The Volunteers absolutely torched Kent State, but the real question is... did they have to onside kick up 30 points?!

Missouri continues to slowly rise up the rankings, as they defeated a very underrated Boston College team. Give credit to Bill O'Brien for what the Eagles have been able to do thus far, but give Missouri credit for taking care of business against a quality opponent.

No new teams jumped into the rankings this week, but you do see some movement from the 6-10 range.

As someone who covers the UNC football program (a team that will very likely not make the top 25 at any point this season), all I'm looking for is some chaos (in the form of upsets) so we can shake these rankings up!
