Head coaches across the country are being fired at a rapid rate. While there's turmoil on other campuses across the United States, things in Chapel Hill seem to be moving rather nicely.

On Monday, the UNC football program flipped a prior Penn State commit: four-star cornerback Jaziel Hart.

Just 13 days after re-opening his recruitment, Hart found himself a new home in Chapel Hill. He joins an already loaded recruiting class, one that currently features a staggering 38 commitments and ranks as a top-20 class in all the nation.

The scary thing is, Hart might not be the last player from this recruiting class to join this talented group.

While there's been plenty of speculation as to what is going on at North Carolina, the current staff keeps building an elite recruiting class. With the goal of using this class as the building stone for the future, the Tar Heels have been able to lure in some top-tier talents and continue to do so, taking advantage of situations in which other programs make midseason coaching changes to help those efforts.

The national perception may be that the staff at UNC is still in question, but the current recruiting class is focused on one thing and one thing only: wanting to be a part of the program turnaround toward building a potential national powerhouse.

These recruits believe in the direction that the program is going in, as evident by the amount of recruits who continue to join the class and are extremely active on social media letting the world know about how they feel about the UNC football program, their future home.
