On Friday morning, a report surfaced that the UNC football program has banned Jordon Hudson, the girlfriend of Bill Belichick, from all facilities.
If you missed what Pablo Torre had to say, check out our initial article regarding the situation here.
North Carolina wasted no time denying the claims, releasing the below statement that Hudson is not banned from the team's facilities.
Statement from UNC athletics says Jordon Hudson is not a university employee but "will continue to manage all activities related to Coach Belichick’s personal brand outside of his responsibilities for Carolina Football and the University." pic.twitter.com/3cyNmR6lWG

“While Jordon Hudson is not an employee at the University or Carolina Athletics, she is welcome to the Carolina Football facilities. Jordon will continue to manage all activities related to Coach Belichick’s personal brand outside of his responsibilities for Carolina Football and the University.”
It was expected that North Carolina would address this situation before it got totally out-of-hand, but it just adds to the chaos surrounding this relationship. The university, especially the athletics department, had to address the elephant in the room, as it should've been expected that they would deny Torre's claims in order to keep this from becoming a bigger issue down the road.
