While Tar Heel fans were in rage on social media over Bill Belichick's reported mandate to not post any New England Patriots related content, Mack Brown put together the ultimate troll job against the UNC football program.
So Happy for Drake. Fun to watch him win last night in Buffalo like he did so many times at UNC. Love ❤️ and Appreciate you my friend! Keep it rolling! pic.twitter.com/BlfuJOGSto

Brown, the former head coach of the UNC football program, posted the above photo of himself and his former quarterback, Drake Maye. The post was aimed to do what the UNC football program was banned from doing- celebrate Maye for his outstanding performance, one that led the Patriots to an upset victory on Sunday Night Football over the previously-unbeaten Buffalo Bills.
Unlike UNC football's social media accounts, Brown flooded his timeline with Drake Maye-centered content, stuff we didn't see from the actual program until they were bullied by the fan base to do so.
This is an absolute horrible look for the UNC football program, but hey, Mack Brown put together quite the troll job against his former team.
Remember: Brown was let go last season and was replaced by Belichick, who has created nothing but a circus in Chapel Hill.
While there were flaws during the Mack Brown era, at least Brown knew how to support his current and former players, not ever letting personal gripes get in the way of that.
Bill Belichick could learn a thing or two from him.
