Four glaring issues for the UNC basketball program through eight games

The UNC basketball program has struggled mightily, and here are some of things that need to be addressed.

Cade Tyson is already a failed experiment

Yes, I know it's only eight games. HOWEVER, unless Cade Tyson has some sort of drastic turnaround (or North Carolina actually figures out a way to get him involved offensively), this is another mid-major transfer failure for the UNC basketball program.

We all thought Justin Pierce was a horrible fit during his lone season at North Carolina. Tyson might just be worse.

The things Tyson struggles with aren't things that are teachable. He's slow in terms of movement on both ends of the floor and is not a strong defender by any means. Offensively, it feels like the Tar Heels don't make any effort to get him involved, which makes it questionable as to why he's even on the floor to begin with.

At this point, it's very easy to say the UNC basketball program should've focused its attention elsewhere in the transfer portal (COUGH TRUE BIG MAN).

Do you give up on Tyson as a whole or do you figure out ways where he can maybe be productive? That leads us into my final point...
