There's been some... interesting takes as to who should become the next men's basketball coach at the University of North Carolina.
Some names are ones Tar Heel fans want to hear. Others, well, are ones that make us all look at the individual who suggested it with a "say what?" type of face.
Postgame Tommy Lloyd interview will throw UNC fans in a spin cycle
Charles Barkley provided us with one of those takes on Saturday night, as his recommendation might be among the worst we've heard thus far!
'Turrible'
It's only right to use Barkley's signature 'turrible' to talk about his terrible take on the next head coach of the Tar Heels.
While Kenny "The Jet" Smith refused to answer the question as part of the halftime show exercise, Barkey didn't hold back one bit.
We won't give it away, but you'll have to watch the video clip below to see for yourself...

A major 'no thanks' to that one
UNC is coming off a year in which the university hired Bill Belichick as its football coach. Since that move, the football program has been a media circus, one that the university must avoid at all costs when it finds its next men's basketball coach.
UNC just lost its coaching search safety net with SEC head coach landing long-term extension
Bruce Pearl would be far from the ideal choice, given that he would be a very similar hire to Belichick, just on the basketball court instead of the football field.
North Carolina is heavily focused on finding a head coach that doesn't come along with any "baggage." Why do you think Nate Oats and Todd Golden, two of the best coaches the sport has to offer, aren't even in the mix for the gig?
Pearl would be a horrible hire that would not only generate a media circus, but has the makings of pushing the program even further back than it already is.
Chuck, we'd hate to see you lose your broadcasting buddy. You can keep him, we'll manage!
