It's hard to put into words just what the victory over Duke on Saturday night means to North Carolina and Hubert Davis. Down for just about the entire game, Seth Trimble stepped up in the best way possible, drilling a 3-pointer that's always going to be remembered in this rivalry.

How UNC's win over Duke rewrote several recent narratives at once

Think the win also means the world to 5-star freshman Caleb Wilson? You better believe it. Wilson was once again fantastic in this one, no question outshining Cam Boozer. Right after the win, the youngster couldn't hide his emotions while being interviewed live on ESPN, trolling Duke in the process. UNC fans are loving this. Duke supporters? Well, not so much:

Caleb Wilson was over the moon after UNC stunned Duke in primetime

"You know, we had to get Duke," Wilson said with passion. "It's a rivalry - we gotta give them the belt. We gotta give them that belt, we gotta give them that belt."

Three times, Wilson said what was on his mind and it's something that people can't stop talking about. Yes, Duke fans are not happy, but again, don't blow a double-digit lead in the second half if you don't want Wilson to talk some smack after an incredible comeback victory.

The Trimble 3-pointer was a thing of beauty and it was quite reminiscent of the Austin Rivers trey ball that still keeps some people up at night. Thankfully, the Tar Heels were on the other side of things this time around, with Trimble's three ball setting off an explosion of celebrations inside of the Smith Center.

Leading up to this matchup, the Tar Heels were underdogs by 5.5 points and not many people were giving the home team much of a chance to take down the No. 4 team in the country. For most of this matchup, Duke was in control and the Blue Devils were playing confidently.

However, Wilson, Trimble and the rest of the guys in white jerseys never stopped believing and a win for the ages was posted. Duke will be out for revenge once these two teams dance again at Cameron Indoor Stadium. For now, though, UNC has the bragging rights and Wilson's trash talk no doubt made the win even more special for everyone who bleeds Carolina blue.
