On a post that Trimble made on Instagram, Wilson added even more commentary, indicating that his teammate will miss "just a couple of days."
Technically, Wilson is right —he will miss a couple of days, but with regard to the bigger picture, our definition of a couple of days seems to be totally different from his. Now, if Wilson can add being a miracle doctor to his already impressive resume, Tar Heel fans certainly wouldn't complain if Trimble is able to defy the odds and return in "just a couple of days."
The outpour of love on social media goes to show just how much Trimble is beloved by both the fanbase and especially his teammates. What's even more noteworthy is that this is a team essentially built from scratch, having only two returners from last year's squad.
