The UNC basketball program has a freshman phenom who is simply taking the college basketball world by storm.
Through five career games at the collegiate level, Caleb Wilson has been simply incredible. The Atlanta, Georgia native is averaging 20.6 points, 10.0 rebounds and 2.6 assists, leading the Tar Heels to a 5-0 start to the 2025-2026 season.
Not only has Wilson created an absolute frenzy in Chapel Hill, but he has also quickly risen to stardom in the college basketball landscape. His latest accolade is being graced on the cover of SLAM Magazine, one that Tar Heel fans will surely want to get their hands on!

The cover is absolutely "fire" (as the kids would say). Wilson is featured in front of a UNC-argyle-inspired background, and the majority of the text is sparkled and bedazzled, just like his now-famous belt, which he's been seen carrying around the locker room after big wins (and is wearing around his neck in the photo).
While fans will want to grab the cover itself, SLAM is also selling gear that features this iconic cover on it. Go to the link below to find out how you can get your hands on one today (don't wait- these will sell out FAST!)

This goes to show just how quickly Caleb Wilson has risen to stardom. While Tar Heels fans knew he was going to be good, no one could've predicted just how good he is, and the scary thing is- he hasn't even reached his full potential yet!
Fans of the UNC basketball program are loving every minute of Caleb Wilson, as the freshman phenom has taken the Tar Heels back to a place of national relevance. The hope is that Wilson can take North Carolina back to the promised land, adding another national championship banner to the rafters in the Dean Smith Center while also adding Wilson's No. 8 as an individual honoree.
