Defensive Backs Coach: Devin McCourty
Why this could make sense: While both McCourty twins are fantastic television analysts, we're pulling Devin off camera for this gig.
McCourty would be one of those coaches that student-athletes dream of playing for. A genuine human being who put together an outstanding career in the NFL, McCourty can share his experiences and knowledge with the Tar Heels defensive backs, helping guide them towards strong careers of their own.
*Side note: McCourty is a graduate of St. Joseph Regional High School in Montvale, New Jersey (the same high school I graduated from). I would love to see a fellow Green Knight on the staff in Chapel Hill!*
