Alyssa Ustby has already made quite the impact on the UNC women's basketball program in her four seasons in Chapel Hill but isn't finished quite just yet.

Heading into her fifth (and final) season at North Carolina, Ustby hopes to lead the Tar Heels to a deep NCAA Tournament run. While she works hard to keep up her production on the court, her main goal this season is to make an impact that will last for many years to come.

As part of the ACC Tipoff Event in Charlotte, Ustby was asked by analyst Kelly Gramlich what she aims to accomplish in her final collegiate season. Her answer is certainly one you'd expect from Alyssa Ustby:

"I want to continue establishing a culture that's going to outlast my career here. That means impacting my teammates, specifically in ways that I can do that are at practice. I go against Ciera Toomey everyday in practice, her and I are battling, making each other better. It's iron sharpens iron everyday at practice between her and I. If I can give all the knowledge and experience that I could to her that's going to be be my goal and to also impact the rest of my teammates so that they can have successful careers as well."

The UNC women's basketball program is fortunate to have someone who is truly invested in not only the program but the school as a whole, as Alyssa Ustby looks to leave a mark on North Carolina that will be remembered for a very long time to come.
