No. 2: Let’s go with the under

The over/under for this game between the UNC football program and NC State is currently listed at 55.5.

Give me the under here.

In their last four games (all wins), NC State has averaged just over 26 points per game, as they have proven their defense can slow down opposing offenses enough to win without having to do so in slugfest fashion.

Would it surprise me if these two programs have a bit of a slugfest? Not by any means!

However, I think it will be a lower-scoring game, especially being in Raleigh.

This take has more to do with the UNC football program’s recent struggles scoring, especially in the red zone. If the Tar Heels protect the football and find ways to score deep inside NC State territory, my prediction could be totally wrong.

Hey, maybe the reverse jinx will help us here…
