No. 1: It won’t be Tez.

Since being deemed eligible by the NCAA, Tez Walker has quickly slotted into the role of Drake Maye’s top target.

Of course, Maye will look to get his top receiver the football, but Clemson will do everything in its power to stop Walker from beating them.

With this in mind, which other Tar Heel pass catcher will make a big impact?

Let’s go with the guy who made some big plays in the win over Duke: Bryson Nesbit.

If you’ve watched the Tar Heels at all this season, you’d know that Nesbit is one of the most underrated pass-catchers in the entire country. Based on what he’s done in his role within the Tar Heels offense, along with his overall skillset, it’s very easy to see him being on an NFL roster at some point in the near future.

Nesbit will cause problems for the Tigers’ defense, one that is very good against the pass. If North Carolina wants Walker to be involved, someone will have to take some of the attention off him.
