Most Improved: Seth Trimble

This was a tough one, given that Jalen Washington could be just as deserving of this award.

However, we gave the edge to Trimble, who, when he returns from injury, will show that he belongs in the UNC basketball program’s rotation.

Last season, Trimble saw a lot of action early on, but his minutes diminished as the season went on. Instead of hitting the transfer portal looking for other options to play more, Trimble remained in Chapel Hill, putting in the work to earn himself a spot on the floor.

The main thing for Trimble will be confidence, as we expect him to be more confident while shooting the basketball. Having the experience under his belt should help as well, as he should provide steady guard play for the Tar Heels.
